Gates Consulting, LLC was established in 2023. Our Mission is to provide HR solutions that support our valued business partners’ achievement of their strategic human resources goals. A women-owned business Gates Consulting, LLC was founded by President & CEO Karen J. Gates.

 

With over 15 years of experience in various HR roles, Gates Consulting LLC. provides HR solutions to small and midsize businesses across various sectors. 

 

Karen Gates holds an MBA from Mount Saint Mary College, and multiple certifications including, a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR), SHRM-CP, and a certification in organizational Design (CODP) from the Organizational Design Community. Additionally, Karen holds an EEOC certification from Cornell ILR school and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Human Resources from National University. 

 

She currently resides in the beautiful Hudson Valley with her husband and two children.
